We chose Allstate because we had home insurance with them, and we get a discount for "bundling" by purchasing insurance for our cars as well. The discount was substantial and the agents took the time to work with us and get us a great policy. For instance, it is only an extra dollar a month to have towing coverage (which costs about 50-75 dollars per incident) and we have used that every year.
