They have the worst customer service that I have ever seen since I start dealing with Geico

I called them one because it seemed there was an overcharge on my account, but I found out that it was a tick in my account online, and theirs was not saying that it was not showing up that I was charged much. They were quick and easy to deal with. The phone call did not last long, for my problem was dealt with efficiently.

Everyone in the office is kind and understanding and more than willing to work with me and my needs and help me receive the coverage that is best for me and my situation. They handled everything for me and arranged for the installer to come to work and replace my windshield. The other time was hail damage. They arranged everything for me, and then had a rental sent to the repair place. When I was speaking to the adjuster, and complained that I would have to drive the go-kart rental for three weeks while my truck was repaired, he arranged for a larger car to be delivered to my house so that I would be comfortable on the roads. I don't believe that other companies would provide service like this to me.

I honestly do not dislike anything about State Farm. What is there to dislike? They have exceptional customer service, competitive pricing, and offer help when I need it. The only thing I could possibly dislike is that monthly premium changes sometimes occur and I do not always get notice of the change until I get my bill.

I choose Geico for 2 reasons. The first being outstanding customer support and availability either via voice/telephone? Or the internet. The second reason was the cost. They are not the least expensive but for such a reputable company they are very affordable.

I have had the same insurance for probably about 18 years and know my insurance guy by first and last name he also knows my name and I've never met them in person. I have unfortunately called due to accidents as a check as a teenager and I found everyone to be very comforting polite and patient while I was in distress. I've had great customer service and although right now I'm thinking about switching it doesn't have anything to do with the customer service it has to do with the cost.

I do know that when I got my current vehicle just over a year ago that I called other insurance providers to ask for premiums and monthly as well as annually price points and liberty mutual was close. I had a choice in the premium either high or low about $500 is a lot but not compared to what the cost could be otherwise or other companies

I have been pleased with Liberty Mutual up until the last two months. Last year I received my first ticket in over five years and it affected my monthly and annual cost are used to pay every three months and now I am paying every month as my cost one up by over $300 for $150 ticket. I was quite frustrated due to the fact that they gave me not even two weeks notice to inform me about the change that would cost me hundreds of dollars. I felt it was not very professional to give such short notice and such a significant change, however, I do find everyone polite when it comes to customer service and other than this cost I have never had an issue with my insurance provider
