I had an accident in 2016 that totally destroyed my previous car, and Geico was fast to tally up what the car was worth and send me a check for it, so in that instance, the customer support was very good.

Anytime I have had to contact State Farm for customer service support, I have had a pleasant conversation and been able to gather the needed information. I am also able to make many changes and access information online without needing assistance, which I like.

I can always contact customer support. They answer quickly and addresses my needs. I can call, email or simply go to the office. I have never had an issue with them.

My wife was involved in a minor fender bender that caused extremely minor damage to our car that wasn't worth fixing so we didn't file a claim. The insurer still called us and asked if my wife was ok and was quick/responsive to our questions.

Like I mentioned earlier, the price of the coverage is about $40 per month or about $500 per year. This is the main reason we chose Stillwater over our previous car insurer.
