Excellent Customer support
The customer service has been excellent so far, I have only had to make a few phone calls to get roadside service, changes to my policy, or to simply get information. During each phone call, I was able to get served quickly and the associates were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

I have not had anything to dislike thus far in the year I have been with the company. I heard stories from friends that prices go up continuously as you are with them, but that is something I have not experienced. My annual premium has actually decreased by around $100 a year since my first coverage due to my daughter's good student discount.

I can't find many things I dislike about Geico, if I had to nitpick, I would say that the home and identity protections are bundled with a 3rd party provider and I would like to see that be underwritten by Geico or at the very least have better integration with Geico's website so that I don't have to hop between multiple websites.

I only had to call them to get a copy of the insurance card. They were very nice and it's fast to get someone on the phone. Some places it is not easy to get someone on the phone to talk to you.
